Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned in original packaging

  • Food and perishable goods
  • Health and beauty products
  • Perfumes and oils once opened

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in store may be returned within 14 days for a refund only, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Online Returns

To start a return, please email us with your order number and address and reason of return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email info@saharldn.com with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

For items valued over £65, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
